Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Nascimento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Boswell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mark Boswell is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Boswell.
Boswell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nascimento paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Nascimento fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Boswell, pushing him back against the cage.
Nascimento drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Boswell takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Boswell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Nascimento takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Boswell shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nascimento sprawls well. Nascimento wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Boswell gets slowly back to his feet.

and Boswell counters with a shoot takedown. Nascimento fights it but they end up in guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Nascimento holds on and takes a little breather.

Boswell passes Nascimento's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Boswell slows the pace down in half guard.
Nascimento is looking to control Boswell's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Nascimento avoid being mounted?

Boswell takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Boswell is looking to take a break and control but Nascimento is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Boswell is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Nascimento's shoulder. That is not cool.
