Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Musashimaru Koyo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greger Svensson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koyo's entrance music is "Tengoku Kara Kaminari" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. A fine choice. Svensson has chosen Pink Floyd - Another Brick in the Wall as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Musashimaru Koyo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Greger Svensson!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Koyo throws and low kick but Svensson moves out of range easily.
Svensson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Svensson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Koyo manages to avoid it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Koyo stands and throws Svensson's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Svensson throws a looping overhand right but Koyo ducks down to avoid it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
