That was a close round but I would say that Brock Miai will probably get the nod.

and Miai counters with a nice double leg into side control. insane won't be happy with that.

Despite being in the dominant position, cain insane just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Miai drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but insane manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Miai has insane in his guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Miai, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
