Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chestnut shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Chestnut wants to control from the top but Sihoven keeps moving.
Sihoven wants to sweep but no luck.
Chestnut pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sihoven is keeping the position for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chestnut thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Sihoven isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Chestnut stacks Sihoven on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Chestnut!

Chestnut is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Sihoven's shoulder. That is not cool.
Sihoven manages to work his way to half guard, despite Chestnut's best efforts.

Chestnut stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sihoven swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Sihoven has his foot on Chestnut's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Chestnut works his way back into a safe position though.

and Chestnut counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sihoven!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Chestnut stalling against the cage.
A short body shot lands from Chestnut as the two fighters clinch.
Sihoven tries to score a body lock takedown but Chestnut shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sihoven has Chestnut pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Chestnut manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Sihoven stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chestnut swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Sihoven goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Chestnut has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Sihoven but great work by Chestnut.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Chestnut misses with a few strikes there.

Chestnut feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Sihoven utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Chestnut would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Sihoven is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Chestnut is staying active underneath Sihoven, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Chestnut has one foot on Sihoven's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
