Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Fedorov misses.
Fedorov misses the jab.
Fedorov thows a body shot but no joy.
Fedorov lunges at Sors with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sors's hand.
It looks like Maggan Sors has been cut.
Fedorov fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Fedorov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fedorov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fedorov tests Sors's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fedorov misses with a double jab.
Sors takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Fedorov just misses with a punch to the body.

and Sors counters with a shoot takedown. Fedorov fights it but they end up in guard.

Fedorov wants to stand and escape but Sors is having none of it.

Fedorov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sors is one step ahead there.
Fedorov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sors can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fedorov is on top in guard.
Fedorov avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Fedorov gets to his feet. Sors looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Fedorov tries to clinch up but Sors circles away and keeps his distance.
Sors closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sors lands in his opponent's guard.
Sors passes into half guard.

Sors is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Fedorov is surviving well by controlling Sors's body position as best he can.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Fedorov takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Fedorov tries to hold on but Sors pushes him away.
Fedorov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Fedorov wants to control but Sors is having none of it.

Fedorov is wriggling around trying to escape.

Sors has hold of Fedorov's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Fedorov manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Sors looking to secure an arm triangle but Fedorov defends it well.
Fedorov is trying to escape the mount.
Sors looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Fedorov's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee warns Fedorov that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sors will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fedorov is rocked!
Fedorov throws a body punch but Sors moves out of range.
Fedorov swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sors fails with the takedown.
Fedorov looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Horrible takedown by Sors or perhaps it was just good defense by Fedorov which made him look bad.
Alexander Fedorov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maggan Sors.
Fedorov clobbers Sors with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Sors on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fedorov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sors moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sors fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Fedorov darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Sors has one foot on Fedorov's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Sors shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fedorov pinned against the cage. Fedorov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Fedorov throws a jab but it's blocked by Sors.
Fedorov swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sors.

and Sors counters with a single leg into guard. Fedorov didn't expect that.
Maggan Sors has got the better of the ground game so far.
Sors passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fedorov wants to control but Sors postures up.
Sors tries to advance to mount but can't.
Fedorov manages to work his way to half guard, despite Sors's best efforts.
Fedorov is trying to stand up here but Sors is controlling him well.

Fedorov manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sors manages to get himself to full guard.

You can see the frustration on Fedorov's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Fedorov moves into full guard.
Fedorov is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Fedorov passes to side control.
Fedorov is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Sors is trying to escape and Fedorov transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Sors is forced to tap! Nice work there by Fedorov! Very nice indeed!
