Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Pato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hardy comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - Shoot To Thrill. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pato lands a high kick!

Hardy moves out of range as Pato throws a body kick.
Hardy throws a series of punches but Pato avoids them all with ease.

The fighters circle momentarily. Pato darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Alex Pato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hardy crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pato - the referee stops the clock and Hardy gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pato. Hardy manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Hardy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pato.

Hardy lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Hardy fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Pato checks it well.
Pato throws a right and a left that Hardy avoids nicely.

Hardy clinches up against the cage.
Hardy tries to land knees in the clinch but Pato avoids the damage to the body.
Hardy using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Pato has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Pato is working for takedown but Hardy is calmly controlling the position for now.

Hardy is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Pato is defending well for now.

Hardy misses with a hook. Pato ducked under it nicely.
Hardy has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Pato throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Hardy's head.
Pato uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hardy.
Pato throws a shot from downtown. Hardy moves away and avoids it.

Hardy tries to clinch but Pato moves out of range.

Hardy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pato moves away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hardy lands a big uppercut and Pato crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Pato looks OK. Hardy waves Pato back to his feet!

Pato is rocked!
Pato circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Hardy. Pato falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Hardy!
