Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Murphy MacManus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terrell Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terrell Turner has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Murphy MacManus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Terrell Turner! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! MacManus misses with the combination.
Turner feints and as MacManus raises his hands in defense, Turner changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Turner working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of MacManus's head. Turner has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. MacManus wants to sweep here but Turner controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Turner scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Turner trying to control but MacManus is working from the bottom. MacManus has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Turner can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. MacManus looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Turner has picked MacManus up and slammed him! MacManus can't keep hold of the triangle and Turner manages to pass to side control! MacManus tries to bench press Turner off him but Turner keeps the position. Turner working the head with strikes. Turner in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. MacManus manages to work his way to half guard, despite Turner's best efforts. Turner throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. MacManus tries to get to full guard but Turner has control of the leg. Turner working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's one minute gone in the round. MacManus is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Turner slows the pace down in half guard. Turner scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Turner is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. MacManus gets back to full guard.

MacManus is rocked! Turner slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Oh MacManus is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Turner taking a breather here. MacManus seems to have got his legs back now. MacManus gets back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Turner working over MacManus with some ground and pound. MacManus looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. MacManus wants to control but Turner is keeping busy and won't allow it. Turner lands strikes from half guard. Turner tries to pass to full mount but MacManus defends it. MacManus blocking the ground and pound attempt from Turner. MacManus actively working from the bottom here. MacManus looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Turner lands a nice short elbow. MacManus on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. MacManus is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Turner scores with a couple of nice shots. Turner looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks MacManus with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. MacManus is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. MacManus wants to control but Turner is keeping busy.
MacManus looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. MacManus is breathing heavily. Turner wants to control but MacManus is keeping him busy. Turner scoring with strikes to the body and head. MacManus wants to get back to full guard. Turner wants to take a breather but MacManus is having none of it. Turner scores with a couple of good hammerfists. MacManus has hold of Turner's hands but Turner slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Turner working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Turner scores with a big shot! MacManus's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save MacManus! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
