Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gray Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and tony skins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hunter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bon Jovi - Blaze of Glory. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunter instigates a clinch.

skins turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

A lull in the action here as skins stalls from top position.
Hunter struggling a bit here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hunter is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on skins's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

skins is trying to control the action in half guard but Hunter is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Hunter is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because skins is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
skins shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hunter sprawls well. Hunter wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. skins gets slowly back to his feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
skins throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Hunter pushes skins up against the cage in a clinch.

Hunter has dropped down and is working for a takedown. skins is trying to keep an underhook but Hunter manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Hunter is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
skins is doing well to control the position and prevent Hunter from advancing to side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Hunter wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hunter throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Gray Hunter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
skins fails with a takedown attempt.
Gray Hunter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of tony skins.
Hunter looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Hunter shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
skins tries to roll over but Hunter keeps him under control.
Hunter is taking a breather. skins says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Hunter has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for skins. Oh but Hunter has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! skins goes limp - he's gone! Hunter jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
