Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Funktastic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caesar II (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). II has chosen Green Day - Know your enemy as his entrance music. Caesar II has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Funktastic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Caesar II!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Funktastic shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
II tries to clinch up but Funktastic circles away and keeps his distance.
II fails with the takedown
and Funktastic counters with a single leg into guard. II didn't expect that.
Funktastic thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Funktastic drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but II manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Funktastic has II in his guard.
Funktastic is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Funktastic is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and II defends well.
Funktastic has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but II can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Funktastic is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Funktastic looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! II has picked Funktastic up and slammed him! Funktastic can't keep hold of the triangle and II manages to pass to side control!
Funktastic tries to improve position but can't.
II trying to control the action but Funktastic is working from the bottom.
Funktastic tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but II wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
II wants to lay and pray for a moment but Funktastic keeps working.
Funktastic regains half guard there - taking advantage of II's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
II is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
II closes the distance but Funktastic moves to the side
and Funktastic counters with a one-two to the body.
Funktastic circles away from the clinch attempt
and Funktastic counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Funktastic.

II looking to hit a scissor sweep but Funktastic is one step ahead there.
Funktastic drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and II dives on top into guard.
II wants to control from the top but Funktastic keeps moving.
II has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Funktastic to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! II is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Funktastic pulls down on the head and he's put II to sleep! This one is all over!
