Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Donnie McClean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BOB MARLEY (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Donnie McClean! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, BOB MARLEY! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! MARLEY tries to clinch up but McClean circles away and keeps his distance. MARLEY tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. MARLEY is looking to clinch but McClean is avoiding it.
MARLEY misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McClean.
MARLEY should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. MARLEY throws a jab but it's blocked by McClean. MARLEY gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. McClean pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. MARLEY is keeping the position for now. McClean drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McClean jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. MARLEY is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. McClean is aware though and is defending well. MARLEY is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. McClean got a little sloppy there for a moment and MARLEY has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McClean has managed to get both his arms back between MARLEY's legs - danger averted. McClean preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. McClean landing with the ground and pound. MARLEY looking for a sweep. Not yet MARLEY, not yet. McClean trying to control but MARLEY is working from the bottom. McClean postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. MARLEY is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. McClean is aware though and is defending well. MARLEY looks gassed! McClean controls the pace of the fight for a moment. McClean avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
McClean with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. McClean postures up.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! McClean trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McClean trying to control but MARLEY is working from the bottom. McClean is really struggling to control MARLEY but he's trying to hold on to the position. McClean stands up over MARLEY, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. McClean is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. MARLEY tries to close the distance and clinch but McClean swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. MARLEY looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. MARLEY misses with a takedown and McClean counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. McClean drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McClean jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McClean throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. McClean in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. MARLEY working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McClean doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McClean manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. McClean knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for MARLEY on the ground. McClean thows a big elbow that misses. MARLEY keeping moving, preventing McClean from controlling successfully. MARLEY working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McClean doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but MARLEY is tightening it up a little... McClean has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! McClean reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! McClean taps out! nice BJJ there by MARLEY!
