Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robson Goes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Beam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robson Goes! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jim Beam! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beam pushes Goes up against the cage in a clinch. Beam lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Robson Goes has been cut. Goes is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Beam pulls him back up using the underhooks. Beam stalling.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Goes tries to pull guard but Beam won't allow it.
Beam manages to break the clinch.
Goes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Beam is fending him off so far but Goes persists. Nope, Beam circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robson Goes. That's going to take a lot out of him. Beam tries for a takedown but Goes circles away easily and Goes decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Beam's guard. Beam wants to stand but Goes is controlling the position. Goes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Beam swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goes trying to control but Beam is working from the bottom. Beam pushes Goes off and scrambles back to his feet.
Beam closes the distance and clinches. Beam pulls guard. Beam keeping moving, preventing Goes from controlling successfully. Goes content to stall in guard here. Goes won't allow Beam to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Goes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Beam swivels though and keeps the full guard. Goes won't allow Beam to get back to his feet. Goes wants to control from the top but Beam keeps moving. Beam wants to stand and escape but Goes is having none of it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Goes is looking to clinch but Beam is avoiding it.
Beam shoots and misses and Goes counters with a shoot takedown. Beam fights it but they end up in guard. Beam looks gassed! Goes working some strikes from top position. Goes working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Goes is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Beam is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Beam has escaped and now he's on top!

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Beam loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Beam decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Jim Beam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Beam with a poor takedown and Goes counters with a nice double leg into side control. Beam won't be happy with that. Goes working the head with strikes. Beam is pushing Goes's head away, looking to escape. Goes manages to hold on to the position though. Beam is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Goes is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Beam looks calm but he's in trouble here. Goes gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Beam is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Goes lets go of the hold and Beam can pop his arm back in it's socket.
