Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Khadir Hadji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bud Brockett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Khadir Hadji!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bud Brockett!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hadji tries to clinch up.
Hadji fails in his attempt to clinch.
Brockett ducks under a wild hook from Hadji.

Hadji tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Brockett paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hadji moves in looking to clinch but Brockett pushes him off.

Hadji throws a head kick that Brockett semi-blocks.
Brockett avoids the body shot from Hadji.
Hadji wants to clinch.
Hadji shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brockett pinned against the cage. Brockett gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Hadji looks for a takedown but Brockett sprawls well.
Some wild striking there from Brockett.
Brockett throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hadji's waist but Hadji gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brockett off to one side.
Brockett looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Brockett changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hadji looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Hadji is working to avoid the ground and pound but Brockett connects with a decent elbow.

Hadji throws a right hand that Brockett ducks under and follows up with a left that Brockett also avoids with ease.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hadji fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Brockett avoids it really well and circles away.

Bud Brockett dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Hadji throws the kick towards the body but Brockett avoids it.
Hadji looks to throw the jab but Brockett is out of range.
Hadji tries to close the distance and clinch but Brockett swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brockett accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hadji wants to clinch.
Brockett swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Brockett feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Brockett shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hadji pinned against the cage. Hadji gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hadji looks for the body kick but Brockett saw that one coming.

Hadji is looking to take a break and control but Brockett is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Brockett shoots in for a takedown but Hadji shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Hadji throws a wild body kick that Brockett sees coming a mile off.
Hadji stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hadji wants it to stay on the feet.

BOOM! Brockett connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Hadji has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brockett can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
