The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
attack shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hiiri as he avoids it easily.
Hiiri misses with a straight right.

Hiiri gets the takedown into side control.
attack manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hiiri's best efforts.
attack on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

attack looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Hiiri lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hiiri sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. attack defending well though.
attack wants to control but Hiiri is keeping busy.
Hiiri throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
attack has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hiiri is working away from the top position though.

attack is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hiiri pulls his head out easily.

Hiiri landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Oh attack is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Hiiri working attack over with strikes.
Hiiri working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Hiiri takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hiiri lands a big elbow - attack is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Hiiri!
