Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards tries to clinch there but Goodman circles away.
Edwards darts in and clinches Goodman up against the cage.
Goodman is trying to maintain a safe position but Edwards gets an underhook and turns Goodman into the cage.
Goodman missing with knees to the body.
Goodman throws a knee to the head but misses.
Goodman slows down the pace here.
Edwards breaks from the clinch.
Edwards shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Edwards was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Goodman really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Goodman is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Goodman is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Edwards with the ground and pound from mount.
Goodman is looking to improve his position but Edwards isn't that keen on the idea.

Goodman wants to control but Edwards is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Edwards prevents Goodman from improving his position.
Edwards knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Goodman on the ground.
Edwards looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Goodman wants to control but Edwards is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Edwards stalling.
Edwards stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Goodman to get to his feet.
Goodman swats away the attempt to clinch by Edwards.
Edwards fails in his attempt to clinch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Goodman throws a nice head kick!
Edwards fails with an attempt to clinch.
Edwards changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Goodman looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Goodman is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Edwards asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Goodman is trying to improve his position.
Goodman looks gassed!
Edwards in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Edwards has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Goodman throws the kick towards the body but Edwards avoids it.
Edwards shoots in and bounces Goodman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Goodman keeping moving, preventing Edwards from controlling successfully.

Goodman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Edwards is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Goodman can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Edwards controls the pace.
Goodman will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Goodman trying to keep a closed guard but Edwards is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Edwards wants to stand but Goodman has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Goodman lands a head kick!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Edwards looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Edwards lands a jab-cross combination.
Edwards avoids the head kick by Goodman.
Goodman tries a head kick but it misses.
Edwards shoots in and bounces Goodman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Goodman looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Edwards is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Goodman is trying to keep Edwards in close.
Goodman looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Edwards is defending well. Goodman quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Edwards has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Goodman celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
