Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between kimbo slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Mirror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank Mirror is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, kimbo slice!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Mirror!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
slice closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mirror circles away.
Mirror looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A combination from slice does no damage.
Mirror tries for a takedown but slice sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Mirror as slice shoots in.
slice tries to bum rush Mirror with a series of wild strikes but Mirror uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
slice changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mirror tries to avoid it but slice manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mirror to the ground. Mirror escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for kimbo slice. That's going to take a lot out of him.
slice misses with a double jab.

Mirror shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Mirror seems to be working for a kimura but slice defends the submission attempt.

Mirror is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Mirror is trying to control. slice wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
slice wants to get back to his feet.

Mirror wants to work for an arm triangle but slice is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Mirror is working for a kimura but slice is defending it quite comfortably.

Mirror is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
slice misses with the combination.

Mirror gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mirror can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as slice controls the pace.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that kimbo slice will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Mirror stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mirror wants it to stay on the feet.

slice shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mirror napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Mirror is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

slice tries to move into full mount but can't pass Mirror's legs.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
A lull in the action here as slice stalls from top position.

Mirror tries to bench press slice off him but slice keeps the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

slice looks to land a combination but Mirror avoids it well.
slice misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
kimbo slice is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
slice fails with a takedown attempt.

No joy there for slice, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
slice shoots in looking for a takedown. Mirror tries to sprawl out of it but slice keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mirror manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Mirror shoots in and drives through. slice sprawls well.
Mirror showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from slice.
slice tries to bum rush Mirror with a series of wild strikes but Mirror uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mirror looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? slice is fending him off so far but Mirror persists. Nope, slice circles away and we're back to standing.
Mirror shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts slice as he jumps to the side.
Mirror slips a jab and a cross from slice.
Mirror dodges the punch combination from slice.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Mirror shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has slice pinned against the cage. slice gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

slice drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mirror is looking for a sweep.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mirror is trying to escape the position but slice is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

And that's the end of the fight!
kimbo slice showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for slice, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
