The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Fedro.
Filipovic is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Fedro is looking to take a break and control but Filipovic is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Fedro gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Filipovic counters with a single leg into guard. Fedro didn't expect that.
Filipovic forces his way into half guard.
Filipovic is keen to just control but Fedro is a slippery customer.
Filipovic has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Fedro defend it? Filipovic steps over the head and cranks it - Fedro is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Filipovic!
