Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Crash Holly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rod Kimble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holly comes to the cage accompanied by Slow Death. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Crash Holly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rod Kimble!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Thiago Cunha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holly displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Kimble fails with a takedown attempt.
Danga de danga de dang - Holly scores with a four punch combination!
Holly misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kimble.
Holly throws a body punch but Kimble moves out of range.
Holly throws a good cross that connects.
Kimble dips to his left and cracks Holly with an uppercut!
Holly takes a swing at Kimble's ribcage but misses.
Kimble swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kimble drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Kimble trying to control the position from guard on top but Holly is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kimble seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Holly had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Kimble is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Holly Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Kimble's back instead.
Holly is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Kimble has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Holly has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Kimble taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Holly doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Crash Holly!
