Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luiz Carbone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randolph Duke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carbone's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Doomsday - Atreyu. Duke has chosen Pink Floyd - Money as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Luiz Carbone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Randolph Duke! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duke shoots in looking for a takedown. Carbone tries to sprawl out of it but Duke keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Carbone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Duke shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Carbone sprawls well. Carbone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Duke gets slowly back to his feet. Duke clinches with his opponent.
Carbone prevents a takedown attempt there.
Luiz Carbone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randolph Duke. A frustrated look appears on Carbone's face as he tries to break the clinch. Duke wants a takedown.
Carbone has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Duke tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Carbone avoids it. Duke blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Duke jumps guard but Carbone stands there with Duke around his waist. Duke gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Carbone wants to get back to striking at distance but Duke won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carbone tries to circle away but Duke has him pinned against the cage. Duke crunches a lovely knee into Carbone's ribcage. Duke can't get the takedown.
Carbone is looking to break free of the clinch but Duke has double underhooks. Duke jumps guard and drags Carbone to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Carbone would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duke wants to stand but Carbone is controlling the position. Carbone wants to get up but he can't break Duke's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Duke looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Carbone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Duke on the ground. Duke is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Carbone has his hands clasped together but Duke extends an breaks Carbone's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Duke.
