Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ian Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Richard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ian Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Duke Richard!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Richard ducks under a wild hook from Brown.
Brown throws a jab but it's blocked by Richard.
Brown lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Richard fails with a takedown attempt.
Brown connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Richard momentarily.
Brown throws a leg kick but Richard checks it.
Brown lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Duke Richard has been cut.
Brown wants to clinch.
Brown goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown tests Richard's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Brown looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Brown looks to throw the jab but Richard is out of range.
Richard shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brown as he jumps to the side.
Ian Brown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Brown doesn't manage to clinch there - Richard circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brown fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Brown throws a looping overhand right but Richard ducks down to avoid it.
Ian Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Richard avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Richard.
Ian Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Duke Richard.
Brown bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Richard misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Brown throws a right and a left that Richard avoids nicely.
Brown fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Richard keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Brown.
Brown connects with a crisp jab.
Brown closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Richard looks gassed!
Brown finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Richard drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Brown scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Richard doesn't seem bothered though.
Brown lands a left and a right that send Richard crashing to the mat, dazed. Brown thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brown drops Richard with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Richard! Brown dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (strikes). Ian Brown!
