Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emil Pasanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Momson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeff Momson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Momson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pasanen paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Momson wants to get back to his feet but Pasanen is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Pasanen sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Momson's guard.

Pasanen is nestled in close to Momson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Pasanen has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Momson defend it? Pasanen steps over the head and cranks it - Momson is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Pasanen!
