Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Huggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Fedorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huggins comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Crack A Bottle . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Fedorov!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Igor Prikhodko and Fedor Mirinova.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fedorov throws a half hearted mid kick.
Huggins shoots for a double leg takedown but Fedorov sprawls well. He's pushed Huggins's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Fedorov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fedorov wants to clinch.

Fedorov shoots in and bounces Huggins off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Huggins has his foot on Fedorov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fedorov works his way back into a safe position though.

Fedorov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Huggins with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Huggins is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Fedorov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Fedorov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Huggins to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fedorov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Huggins pulls down on the head and he's put Fedorov to sleep! This one is all over!
