Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lawrence Bimbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bimbo comes into the arena with Mickey Avalon - "Roll Up Your Sleeves" blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Lou da Vinci and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bimbo drops Emelianenko with a right and a left! Bimbo comes rushing in but Emelianenko regains his composure and manages to keep Bimbo in guard.
It looks like Andrei Emelianenko has been cut.
Emelianenko has momentary wrist control but Bimbo slips an elbow through the middle.
Emelianenko is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bimbo is looking to work some ground and pound but Emelianenko has wrist control.
Bimbo throws a big right hand that misses.
Emelianenko keeping full guard, as Bimbo tries to pass.
Bimbo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Emelianenko wants to stand up but Bimbo is controlling him.
Bimbo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bimbo throws and elbow that misses. Emelianenko uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bimbo's guard. Nice move by Emelianenko!

Bimbo has Emelianenko pulled in close to control his posture.

Bimbo looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bimbo working for a triangle but Emelianenko defends it easily.

Bimbo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Emelianenko is aware though and is defending well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bimbo is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Emelianenko moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Bimbo.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Emelianenko trying to control the action but Bimbo is working from the bottom.
Bimbo is looking to regain half guard here but Emelianenko keeps moving and retains side control.

Bimbo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Emelianenko's best efforts.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Bimbo is looking for a sweep. Emelianenko is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Emelianenko is trying to control the action in half guard but Bimbo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Emelianenko is keen to just control but Bimbo is a slippery customer.

Bimbo is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Emelianenko pulls his head out easily.

The fighters circle momentarily. Emelianenko darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Emelianenko lunges at Bimbo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bimbo's hand.
Emelianenko connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bimbo momentarily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Donk. Bimbo catches Emelianenko right on the button with a cross.
Lawrence Bimbo is winning the standup battle so far.
Bimbo misses with a two punch combination.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Emelianenko punishes Bimbo's body with a nice straight punch.
Emelianenko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Emelianenko lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Emelianenko clobbers Bimbo with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Emelianenko lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Bimbo falls backwards - clearly groggy! Emelianenko dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
