The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rodriguez wants it to stay on the feet.
Rodriguez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rodriguez throws a body punch but Dos moves out of range.
Rodriguez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dos circles away quickly and effectively.
Dos wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Dos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rodriguez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rodriguez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dos tries a head kick but it misses.

Dos drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rodriguez gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mickey Rodriguez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mondial Dos.

Rodriguez drops Dos with a beautiful combination! Dos stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rodriguez is looking for the KO!
It looks like Mondial Dos has been cut.
Dos misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Rodriguez cracks Dos with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Dos is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rodriguez lands a hook that stumbles Dos back into the cage. Rodriguez follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Dos to the canvas! Rodriguez pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Dos has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
