Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shinji Nishimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and waiting for qfc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nishimura tries for a takedown but for qfc sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
for qfc scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Nishimura throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around for qfc's waist but for qfc gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nishimura off to one side.
Nishimura shoots in for a takedown but for qfc shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shinji Nishimura. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nishimura bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Nishimura is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. for qfc is trying to escape and Nishimura transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and for qfc is forced to tap! Nice work there by Nishimura! Very nice indeed!
