The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durante Jr closes the distance and clinches up with Sproles, looking for a takedown. Durante Jr pushes Sproles against the ropes but Sproles circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sproles closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Durante Jr goes for a takedown attempt but Sproles pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Sproles defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Durante Jr.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricardo Durante Jr. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sproles rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Durante Jr moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sproles steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Durante Jr is out on his feet! Sproles sets himself and nearly takes Durante Jr's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
