Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Nastula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tyson Jones!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nastula looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Jones regains full guard. Nicely done.
Nastula trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Jones wants to sweep but no luck.

Jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nastula does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Jones drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Jones wants to get up but he can't break Nastula's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

That was a close round but I would say that Pablo Nastula will probably get the nod.

Nastula drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jones manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Nastula has Jones in his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
