Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chase Meester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Zawada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Meester might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hollywood Undead . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Igor Zawada! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zawada avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Meester throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Meester tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zawada paws at him with a jab and circles away. Meester wants to clinch up but Zawada keeps it at a distance. Meester doesn't manage to clinch there - Zawada circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Zawada. No joy for Meester on that attempt. Meester shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zawada pinned against the cage. Zawada gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Meester shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Zawada as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chase Meester. That's going to take a lot out of him. Zawada displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Meester. Meester shoots in looking for a takedown. Zawada tries to sprawl out of it but Meester keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zawada manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Meester tries to clinch there but Zawada circles away.
Meester throws a body punch but Zawada moves out of range. Meester dives in and grabs Zawada's left leg, looking for a takedown. Zawada pushes down on Meester's head and hops out. Meester is breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zawada closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Meester is looking to break free of the clinch but Zawada has double underhooks. Meester working aggressively here.
Zawada has clasped his hands together around Meester's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Meester takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zawada working away. Zawada is putting a hurting on Meester here, landing some big shots from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meester is pushing Zawada's head away, looking to escape. Zawada manages to hold on to the position though. Zawada creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Zawada tries to advance to mount but Meester denies him. Zawada scores with punches from side control. Zawada has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Zawada with a strong takedown there and he's ended up in side control.
Meester is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Meester being controlled for a moment. Meester is not content to let Zawada control the position. Meester takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Meester is trying to escape the position but Zawada is controlling the position. Zawada decides to stand back up. Meester throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Zawada was covering up waiting for the punch and Meester finishes the takedown easily into guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Meester is looking to stand up but Zawada won't let him. Zawada managing to control the position. Meester throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Zawada works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Zawada bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Meester's guard. Meester throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Zawada stands up and waves to Meester to follow him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Meester walks into a straight right hand from Zawada. Zawada gets a clinch. Meester throws a head punch that misses. Zawada has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Meester regains guard immediately. Meester is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Zawada is pushing down on Meester's leg trying to pass to half guard. Meester is fighting to maintain full guard but Zawada has managed to sneak the leg through. Ground and pound from Zawada. Meester is trying to get back to full guard. Zawada decides to stand up. Meester throws a head kick but Zawada moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zawada changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Meester looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Zawada working away. Zawada works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Meester throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Zawada lands some shots froms side control. Zawada working away. Meester is positioning himself to get back to half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Zawada working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Igor Zawada dominated that round. That's time! Meester's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Zawada fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Zawada scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Meester tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Zawada wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Meester struggling a bit here. Zawada cracks Meester with a big elbow. Meester manages to work his way to half guard, despite Zawada's best efforts. Meester is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Zawada pulls his head out easily. Meester has hold of Zawada's hands but Zawada slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Zawada escapes and gets back to his feet. Meester gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Zawada counters with a nice double leg into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Meester has his foot on Zawada's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Zawada works his way back into a safe position though. Meester is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Zawada is aware though and is defending well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Zawada is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Meester wants to sweep but no luck. Zawada scoring with some ground and pound. Zawada stands up from Meester's guard - Zawada perhaps looking for a knockout. Meester gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Zawada to score an easy takedown into full guard. Meester tries to land a sweep but no joy. Igor Zawada has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Meester trying to keep a closed guard but Zawada is proving a slippery customer.
Meester throws his legs up looking for a submission but Zawada uses it to pass to side control.

Zawada cracks Meester with a big elbow. Meester is trying to get back to half guard. Zawada trying to control the position but Meester is working away. Zawada wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Meester, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zawada working away. Zawada decides to stand up, so the ref orders Meester to his feet. Meester throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Meester moves in looking to clinch but Zawada pushes him off. Zawada closes the distance and pushes Meester back into the cage. Zawada drops down looking for an ankle pick but Meester pulls his leg out and moves away.
Meester works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Meester doesn't succeed with the takedown and Zawada counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Meester's guard now. Meester has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zawada can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Meester keeping moving, preventing Zawada from controlling successfully. Zawada stands up and waves to Meester to follow him. Meester is looking to clinch. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Meester misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Igor Zawada showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Zawada tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Zawada is landing with some decent strikes but Meester is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Meester is trying to escape the mount.

Zawada is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight!
