Andersen's entrance music is Sultans Of Swing. A fine choice. The key to victory for Henric Andersen has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diamond scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Andersen kicks Diamond off and gets back to his feet.
Andersen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Diamond to the mat! Diamond manages to get full guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Andersen's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Diamond trying to keep a closed guard but Andersen is proving a slippery customer.

Andersen is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Diamond tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Diamond is looking for a triangle but Andersen pushes his legs off easily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Andersen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Diamond on the ground.
Diamond wants to control from the top but Andersen keeps moving.
Andersen has his foot on Diamond's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Diamond works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Andersen wants to stand and escape but Diamond is having none of it.
Diamond trying to control but Andersen is working from the bottom.
Andersen is trying to keep Diamond in close.
Andersen uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Diamond fails with the takedown
and Andersen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Diamond's guard.
Andersen postures up in Diamond's guard and throws a big left but Diamond blocks it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Andersen passes Diamond's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Andersen is thwarting Diamond's attempts to control the position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Andersen lands with a slapping head kick.
Henric Andersen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Andersen lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Diamond misses with a takedown
and Andersen counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Diamond makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Diamond.
Diamond looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Andersen being controlled here momentarily.
Diamond is looking to sinch up a triangle. Andersen throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Diamond's body to avoid the submission. Diamond has instead reached around Andersen's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Diamond arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
