Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Hardy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, James Martin! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A chopping leg kick lands by Hardy. Martin looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Hardy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Martin's waist but Martin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hardy off to one side. Nice takedown defense from Martin. No joy for Hardy on that attempt. Hardy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hardy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Martin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hardy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Martin gets back to half guard. Martin won't allow Hardy to pass to mount. Hardy has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Hardy throws some wild stikes that Martin manages to avoid easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hardy is really struggling to control Martin but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Dan Hardy just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Hardy tries to clinch up but Martin circles away and keeps his distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hardy throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Hardy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Martin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hardy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Martin as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Hardy. That's going to take a lot out of him. The fight moves into the clinch position. Martin manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Martin cracks Hardy with a nice body shot. Hardy is trying to break free. Martin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A punch combination from Hardy misses. Hardy fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Hardy moves out of range of the body kick from Martin.
Martin gets a clinch. Martin wants the takedown. Hardy is fighting it off but Martin persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Hardy's guard against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Martin decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Martin with a body punch. A glancing blow. Hardy tries to clinch up and Martin counters by moving into the clinch. Hardy wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Martin wants to get back to striking at distance but Hardy won't allow it.
Hardy gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Martin keeps control of Hardy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Martin blocks a body shot from Hardy. Hardy breaks from the clinch.
Hardy pushes Martin up against the cage in a clinch. Hardy is working for takedown but Martin is calmly controlling the position for now. Martin prevents a takedown attempt there.
Hardy wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Martin has him pressed against the cage. Martin gets underhooks to prevent Hardy's takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Martin is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Hardy has Martin pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Martin manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Hardy changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Martin fights it off and pushes away nicely.
A right-left combo lands from Hardy. Martin tries to clinch there but Hardy circles away.
Hardy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Martin is fending him off so far but Hardy persists. Nope, Martin circles away and we're back to standing. Martin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Martin moves into the clinch. Hardy jumps guard but Martin stands there with Hardy around his waist. Hardy gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Martin gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Hardy regains guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hardy trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Hardy controls Martin momentarily but Martin frees himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Martin dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hardy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Martin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Hardy is trying to keep Martin in close.
Martin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Hardy, up you get! Hardy misses with a takedown and Martin holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Hardy is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Martin stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Martin prevents Hardy from breaking the clinch. Hardy is trying to break free. Martin turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Martin advances to full mount. Martin controlling his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hardy tries to hold on but Martin pushes him away. Hardy sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Hardy manages to get to full guard.
Hardy manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Martin manages to get himself to full guard.
Hardy wants to pass the guard but Martin is keeping the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Martin is trying to control the position from the bottom.
James Martin has got the better of the ground game so far. Hardy working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Hardy is looking to stand up but Martin won't let him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Martin keeping moving, preventing Hardy from controlling successfully. Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hardy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Martin but Martin pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Hardy. Hardy thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Martin is looking to stand up but Hardy won't let him.

It looks like James Martin has been cut. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hardy has his takedown stuffed and Martin counters by moving into the clinch. Hardy on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

James Martin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on James Martin's cut. That's the end of the interval. Hardy misses with a takedown attempt - Martin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hardy closes the distance and clinches up with Martin, looking for a takedown. Hardy pushes Martin against the cage but Martin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Martin closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Martin lands in his opponent's guard. Hardy is trying to keep Martin in close.
Hardy can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Martin controls the pace. Hardy is looking for a triangle here but Martin uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Martin stands up and we're back to a striking position. Martin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hardy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Martin throws out the jab.

and Hardy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Martin won't be happy with that. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Martin struggling a bit here. Hardy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Martin keeps working. Hardy working the strikes but Martin uses the opportunity to regain half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Hardy tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Martin wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. You can see the frustration on Hardy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A bit of stalling here from Martin.
Martin tries to land knees in the clinch but Hardy avoids the damage to the body. Hardy managing to block the knees to the body from Martin.
Martin gets a trip takedown into half guard. Hardy tries to roll over but Martin keeps him under control. Martin content to control rather than advance. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dan Hardy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Martin stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
And that's the end of the fight! James Martin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Martin winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
