Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eifion Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silver comes to the cage accompanied by Pirate Song. Eifion Jones will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in but Silver avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jones fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Silver shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Silver showed some decent athleticism there.

Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silver. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Silver thows a huge punch but Jones dodges it nicely.

Silver seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Jones for as long as he can get away with.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
