Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman Ray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wilson's choice of entrance music: AC/DC - For those about to rock. Ryan Wilson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Roman Ray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Wilson! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ray lands with an uppercut that bounces Wilson off the cage and back into rage. Ray throws a nice looking combination but Wilson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ray comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Ray lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ray. Roman Ray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ray lands a really nice looking cross but Wilson seems unphased.
Ray moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Wilson slips a jab and a cross from Ray.
Ray smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Wilson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Ray tries to bum rush Wilson with a series of wild strikes but Wilson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ray misses with a double jab.
Ray throws a series of punches but Wilson avoids them all with ease. Ray misses with an uppercut. Ray looks to land a combination but Wilson avoids it well. Ray thuds his right hand into Wilson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Wilson wants to clinch up but Ray keeps it at a distance. Ray throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ray lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Ray lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ray. Ray misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ray closes the distance and lands a one-two. Ray lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Wilson gets a takedown into half guard. Ray tries to roll over but Wilson keeps him under control. Wilson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Wilson trying to pass the guard but Ray defending well. Wilson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ray defends it well. Wilson wants to pass to mount but Ray is defending the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ray keeps working. Wilson looks gassed! Ray trying to control from the bottom.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Wilson wants to free his trapped foot but Ray is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Ray bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wilson's head backwards. Ray digs a good hook to Wilson's body.
Nice uppercut lands for Ray. That snapped Wilson's head back.
Ray lands a body shot.
Wilson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Wilson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ray circles away. Ray will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Wilson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ray throws a series of punches but Wilson moves out of range. Ray throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ray displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Wilson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ray but Ray pushes him off and we're back to square one. Wilson tries to move into range but Ray moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. A lazy left from Ray finds it's target. Ray misses with the combination.

Ray is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Wilson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ray scores with a jab. Wilson acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Wilson shoots in and drives through. Ray sprawls well. Roman Ray has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Wilson. A combination from Ray does no damage. Wilson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ray to score with a decent uppercut. Jab, jab by Ray - just one landing. Wilson tries for a takedown but Ray sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ray lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ray. Roman Ray is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ray lands a head shot. Ray throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wilson on the side of the head. Wilson has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Ray lands with a nice body punch. A punch lands to the side of Wilson 's head but he takes it in his stride. Ray throws a right hand that Wilson ducks under and follows up with a left that Wilson also avoids with ease. Ray looks to land a combination but Wilson avoids it well. Ray scores with a jab. Wilson acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Wilson dodges the punch combination from Ray.
A jab lands there for Ray. Ray bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Ray throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Ray stalks Wilson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wilson's face. Wilson staggers backwards, shaken. Ray looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Ray connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Wilson momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roman Ray dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A left and a right from Ray both land. Nice combination. Ray lands a jab to the nose. Ray connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. A punch combination from Ray misses. Wilson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Ray is working the combinations to good effect here. Ray connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Wilson's hands. Left hook, right uppercut from Ray. Ray scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Ray scores with a three punch combo!
Wilson is rocked! Ray lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Wilson is still on wobbly legs! Can Ray finish him? Ray scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Decent striking displayed by Ray there. Ray connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Wilson tumbling to the canvas! Ray pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Wilson was done - good stoppage!
