Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between bat man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Builder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bob Builder was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, bat man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bob Builder! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! man gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Builder trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. man keeping moving, preventing Builder from controlling successfully. Builder works a leg free and moves into half guard. Builder is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. man doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Builder. Builder thows a huge punch but man dodges it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Builder takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. man avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Builder. man slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Builder trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but man manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Builder avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. man works a leg free and moves into half guard. man seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. man is looking to pass Builder's guard but actually Builder recovers to full guard. Builder trying to keep a closed guard but man is proving a slippery customer.
man working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. man with a nice head shot there. Builder looking to hit a scissor sweep but man is one step ahead there. manis looking to pass into half guard but Builder pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Builder is in guard. Builder pushing down on man's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Builder is sneakily working for an arm triangle but man sees it coming and defends easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Builder trying to control from half guard but man is working away. Builder is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from man as he works his way to full guard.
Builder is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. man looking to hit a scissor sweep but Builder is one step ahead there. Builder wants to control from the top but man keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Builder throws a strike but man rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Builder lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for man! Builder trying to control but man is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Builder with shots to the head and body - man looks very uncomfortable down there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Builder dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Builder. man keeps the fight on the outside. man wants to clinch up but Builder keeps it at a distance. man shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Builder counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Builder is controlling the pace.
Builder thows a huge punch but man dodges it nicely.
Builder is figuring out what he wants to do next. Builder not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

man tries to get to full guard but Builder has control of the leg. Builder scores with a couple of good hammerfists. man won't allow Builder to pass to mount. Builder stalling away here and it's allowed man to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Builder must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. man wants to sweep here but Builder controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Builder's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Builder throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as man works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Builder looking to sit in guard and control but man gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. man working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. man postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. man is fighting to break Builder's control of his arms but Builder is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Builder avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Builder wants to stand up but man is controlling him. Builder lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for man! man is trying to escape the mount.
Builder is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But man has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from man! Builder wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and man is now in half guard.

man not landing any meaningful shots this time. Builder regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from man. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Builder can do anything to dispel that myth. Builder trying to keep a closed guard but man is proving a slippery customer.
Builder is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Builder has his feet on man's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Builder pushes man up against the cage in a clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Builder showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Builder passes easily into side control. Nice work. Builder is putting a hurting on man here, landing some big shots from side control. man is trying to get back to his feet. Sloppy strikes there by Builder. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Builder lands some shots froms side control.

Builder is working man over with some ground and pound from side control. Builder trying to control the action but man is working from the bottom. man is trying to get back to half guard. man avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Builder.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Builder wants to lay and pray for a moment but man keeps working. Builder lands a few punches from side control. Builder scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at man to see if he's OK. Builder laying and praying for a moment but man takes advantage and regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. man regains full guard. Nicely done. Builder advances position into side control! Builder moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Builder working the ground and pound from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Builder wants to lay and pray for a moment but man keeps working. Builder cracks man with a big right hand but man just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Builder wants to control but man is keeping him busy. man trying to remain calm as Builder controls from the top position. bat man has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Builder tries for a kimura but man is defending well. man tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Bob Builder comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Builder winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
