Acosta comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Child of Burning Time by Slipknot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leonardo throws the kick towards the body but Acosta avoids it.
Leonardo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Acosta fails in his attempt to clinch.

Leonardo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Acosta sprawls well initially but Leonardo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Leonardo has Acosta pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Acosta manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Acosta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Leonardo tries to avoid it but Acosta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Leonardo to the ground. Leonardo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Leonardo shoots for a takedown but Acosta saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hugo Leonardo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
