The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Damme scores with a body shot.
Labont feints and as Van Damme raises his hands in defense, Labont changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Van Damme is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Labont has gone for a leg lock! Van Damme slips out almost immediately though and dives into Labont's guard.
Labont is trying to keep Van Damme in close.

Van Damme is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Van Damme is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Labont couldn't care less - he's delighted!
