Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Igor Black!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black gets caught flat footed, as Dean shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Dean postures up.
Dean trying to control but Black is working from the bottom.
Dean slips nicely into half guard.
Dean trying to control from half guard but Black is working away.
Dean is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Dean takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Black is trying to get back to full guard.
Dean seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Dean not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Dean drops an elbow to the side of Black's head.
Dean trying to mount his opponent but Black defends it.
Black regains full guard. Nicely done.
Dean trying to move into half guard but instead Black has managed to sweep!
Black trying to control but Dean is working from the bottom.
Dean pushes Black off and gets back to his feet.
Black lands with a nice body kick.

and Dean counters with a shoot takedown. Black fights it but they end up in guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dean looking to pass the guard.
Dean postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Dean throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Black works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Black can't keep his opponent in guard - Dean advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Dean performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Black has hold of Dean's hands but Dean slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Dean lands a nice short elbow.
Dean is looking for a kimura but Black is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dean to get the leverage.
Dean is pressing down on Black's thigh, looking to free his foot. Black is holding on for now.
Dean thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Dean working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Black regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Dean.
Dean is stalling in the full guard.

Dean postures up in Black's guard and throws a big left but Black blocks it.
Dean might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Black can't keep his opponent in guard - Dean advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Dean works his foot free and advances to mount.
Dean prevents Black from getting the reversal.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kyle Dean dominated that round.
That's time! Dean's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Dean scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Black takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Black is looking to reverse the position.
Dean is looking to take a break and control but Black is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dean working the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dean looks up at the clock and then as Black takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Dean smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Black prevents Dean from improving position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Dean is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Black knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Dean trying to control the position but Black is working away.

Dean in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Black is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
