Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between lewis the bomb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaun Gaines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, lewis the bomb! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Shaun Gaines! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gaines fails miserably with a takedown attempt. No joy there for Gaines, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
the bomb throws a sloppy head kick and Gaines moves out of range easily. the bomb closes the distance and lands a one-two. the bomb throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Gaines throws a nice head kick!
Gaines is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in the bomb's half guard. Gaines is looking to advance position but the bomb won't allow it. the bomb is trying to get back to full guard. Gaines is controlling the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. the bomb is trying to control but can't.
Gaines is looking to pass the bomb's guard but actually the bomb recovers to full guard. the bomb looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gaines is one step ahead there. the bomb trying to keep a closed guard but Gaines is proving a slippery customer.
the bomb keeping moving, preventing Gaines from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. the bomb tries to clinch but Gaines moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. the bomb drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Gaines keeping moving, preventing the bomb from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gaines is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gaines looking for a sweep. Not yet Gaines, not yet. the bomb wants to control from the top but Gaines keeps moving. the bomb postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. the bomb throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Gaines works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. the bomb shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Gaines counters with a takedown into side control. the bomb is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gaines just content to control the position. the bomb manages to get back to half guard. Gaines perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Gaines wants to lay and pray for a moment but the bomb keeps working. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shaun Gaines dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Gaines feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. the bomb is trying to control the position from the bottom.
the bomb is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gaines is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. the bomb is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gaines is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. the bomb looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Gaines puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. the bomb pushes Gaines off looking to stand but Gaines dives back in and keeps control.
Gaines decides to stand and escape the position. A combination from Gaines does no damage. Gaines with a poor takedown and the bomb counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Gaines! Gaines tries to hold on but the bomb postures up. the bomb looking to secure an arm triangle but Gaines defends it well. the bomb can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Gaines is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gaines wants to control but the bomb is having none of it. the bomb throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gaines tries to get back to half guard but can't. Gaines is squirming around, avoiding the bomb's attempts to control the action. the bomb wants to stand but Gaines is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Gaines bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! the bomb looking to control.
Gaines wants to pass the guard but the bomb is keeping the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gaines is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Gaines preventing the sweep. Gaines slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. the bomb looking to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Shaun Gaines will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! the bomb's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
the bomb misses with a leg kick and Gaines counters with a lovely shot to the body. Gaines looking for a takedown here - he's got it. the bomb looking for a sweep. Not yet the bomb, not yet. Gaines looking to pass the guard. Gaines trying to control but the bomb is working from the bottom. the bomb is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. the bomb can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gaines controls the pace. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. the bomb lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Gaines! the bomb trying to control but Gaines is having none of it. the bomb is going olschool here, as he tries to force Gaines to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Gaines shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. the bomb trying to control but Gaines is having none of it. Gaines is trying to escape the mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. the bomb trying to control but Gaines is having none of it. the bomb thowing shots but they're missing. Shaun Gaines is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. the bomb throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Gaines throwing hammer fists to the chest of the bomb. What's that going to do exactly? the bomb unloads with some shots from mount but Gaines bucks and avoids them well.
Gaines is trying desperately to improve position. Gaines slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Gaines holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! lewis the bomb has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! the bomb throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
And that's the end of the fight! Shaun Gaines comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Gaines winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
