Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Vlaar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vlaar comes to the cage accompanied by Represent. Rogers has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Lee Rogers has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Vlaar had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Rogers is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Vlaar Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Rogers's back instead.
Rogers is covering up but some of the strikes from Vlaar are getting through and doing damage.

Vlaar is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Rogers is defending well though. Vlaar let's go of the attempt for now.
