Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Barreto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Cigano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cigano comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rocky Balboa Theme kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barreto lands a nice leg kick that just misses Cigano's sensitive parts.
A left and a right from Barreto both land. Nice combination.
Cigano throws a nice looking combination but Barreto bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A nice leg kick lands there from Barreto.
Barreto is looking to slow Cigano down with leg kicks.
Barreto lands a head kick!
Barreto scores with a leg kick.
Cigano throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Barreto showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cigano.
Good leg kick by Barreto there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cigano is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Barreto.
Barreto throws a nice outside leg kick.
Barreto throws a nice head kick!
Cigano throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cigano swings for the body but Barreto moves out of range.
Cigano looks to land a combination. Barreto sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Cigano's corner calls for a 1-2. Cigano obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cigano crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Barreto - the referee stops the clock and Cigano gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Barreto. Cigano manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Cigano looks gassed!
Cigano takes a swing at Barreto's ribcage but misses.
Barreto lands a jab-cross combination.
Barreto goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Barreto with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Barreto connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Barreto throws a one two combo.
Cigano takes a kick to the side of the head.
Barreto jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
A slapping leg kick lands for Barreto.
No joy there for Barreto, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Barreto connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Barreto lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barreto chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Barreto moves into the clinch successfully.
Barreto pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cigano takes a kick to the side of the head.
Barreto throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Cigano.
Barreto scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Cigano is rocked!
Cigano tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Barreto dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cigano. That did some damage!
Cigano chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Barreto can pounce on him.
Barreto scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Barreto lands a head kick!
Cigano is still on wobbly legs! Can Barreto finish him?
Cigano has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Barreto.
Cigano seems to have recovered his senses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Barreto goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Barreto lands a two punch combo.
Barreto lands with a big left! Cigano is wobbled badly! Barreto comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Cigano to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jose Barreto!
