Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gene Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary The Hitman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mac kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Last Song. The Hitman is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Jay Z - Run This Town. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gene Mac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary The Hitman!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Hitman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The Hitman fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mac avoids the head kick by The Hitman.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mac could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The Hitman throws a wild body kick that Mac sees coming a mile off.
Mac gets caught flat footed, as The Hitman shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Mac is looking for a triangle here but The Hitman uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Mac tries to buck The Hitman off but The Hitman is having none of it.
The Hitman is working to tighten is grip on Mac's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mac has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but The Hitman is really squeezing tight and eventually Mac passes out! The Hitman breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
