The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Supermies swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kuhr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Supermies sprawls well. Supermies wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kuhr gets slowly back to his feet.
Supermies displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kuhr.
Supermies thows a body shot but no joy.
Kuhr fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kuhr has closed the distance and engaged Supermies in a clinch.
Still in the clinch, Supermies scores with a nice short uppercut.
Kuhr's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Nice body punch from Supermies - that landed with a thud.
Kuhr is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kuhr looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kuhr's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Supermies drops Kuhr onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Kuhr is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Kuhr is rocked!
Supermies creates a bit of distance and unloads a huge uppercut that knocks Kuhr out cold! The ref dives in to break up the two fighters!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sami Supermies!
