Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Calhoun!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
slayton fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
slayton looks to score with a jab to the body but Calhoun is just out of range.
Calhoun waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract slayton.
Calhoun lands a left and a right that send slayton crashing to the mat, dazed. Calhoun thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like john slayton has been cut.
Calhoun throws a head kick that misses.
slayton showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Calhoun.
Calhoun throws a sloppy head kick and slayton moves out of range easily.
Calhoun throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends slayton stumbling backwards into the cage! slayton bounces back off the cage towards Calhoun, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Calhoun lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Calhoun celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Steve Calhoun!
