Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Junior Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Barrister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turner comes to the cage accompanied by Oh Lets Do it by waka flocka flame. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Junior Turner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dave Barrister! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barrister is looking to clinch but Turner is avoiding it.
Barrister shoots in looking for a takedown. Turner tries to sprawl out of it but Barrister keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Turner manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Barrister shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Turner as he jumps to the side. Barrister shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Barrister showed some decent athleticism there. Barrister takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barrister trying to control from half guard but Turner is working away. Turner keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Barrister scoring with strikes to the body and head. Barrister prevents Turner from improving his position. Barrister should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Barrister takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Barrister trying to control from half guard but Turner is working away. Barrister is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Turner doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Barrister. Turner tries to kick Barrister off but Barrister keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner is breathing heavily. Barrister wants to take a breather but Turner is having none of it. Barrister tries to pass the half guard into mount. Turner knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Barrister controlling the action here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Barrister wants to clinch up but Turner keeps it at a distance. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Turner stuffs the takedown. Junior Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Barrister. Barrister looks to land a combination but Turner avoids it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Barrister dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Barrister tries for a takedown but Turner sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Barrister looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Barrister tries to clinch up but Turner circles away and keeps his distance. Barrister shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Turner as he jumps to the side. Junior Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Barrister. Barrister cracks the inside of Turner's front leg. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Barrister tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Turner paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barrister scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Barrister throws an elbow but Turner slips to the side and avoids it well. Turner is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Barrister is chipping away with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Barrister controlling from side mount. Barrister stands up and we're back to a striking position. Barrister shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Turner manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Barrister trying to control the position from guard on top but Turner is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Barrister sitting in guard, not really doing much. Barrister content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Barrister postures up and lands a big shot to Turner's brow. Barrister stands up and waves to Turner to follow him. Barrister throws out a loose jab but Turner uses good head movement to avoid it. Turner gets caught flat footed, as Barrister shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Barrister showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Turner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Turner leaves Barrister with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Barrister tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Turner swivels and escapes. Barrister shoots for a takedown but Turner saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Junior Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Barrister. Barrister is looking to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Barrister misses with a takedown attempt - Turner sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Barrister has eaten all the pies! Nice sprawl there from Turner as Barrister shoots in. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barrister with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Turner to score with a decent uppercut. A head kick misses from Barrister. Turner lands a two punch combo.
Barrister shoots in but Turner avoids the takedown attempt easily. A nice combination there by Turner.
Turner lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Barrister tries to clinch up but Turner circles away and keeps his distance. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Barrister. Barrister tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Turner rushes Barrister and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. A frustrated look appears on Turner's face as he tries to break the clinch. Turner drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Barrister gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Barrister misses with the head strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Barrister breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Barrister fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Barrister will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Barrister. Barrister misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Barrister shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Turner sprawls well. Turner wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Barrister gets slowly back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Turner leaves Barrister with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Barrister throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Barrister closes the distance and clinches up with Turner, looking for a takedown. Barrister pushes Turner against the cage but Turner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Junior Turner showed his dominance in that final round. I think Barrister has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
