Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niko Clooten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Relic Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clooten thuds his shin into the meat of Rock's side.
Rock fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Clooten is out of range.
Rock misses with a straight left.
Clooten stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Clooten wants it to stay on the feet.
Rock throws a head kick that misses.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rock is defended easily by Clooten.
A good leg kick by Clooten.
Rock looks gassed!
Clooten lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Clooten lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Relic Rock has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Clooten throws a leg kick which misses Rock's front leg but catches the back leg as Rock tries to avoid it.
Clooten paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Clooten bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Rock tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Clooten moves into full mount!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Clooten cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Clooten has hold of Rock's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Rock manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Rock tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Clooten controlling from the full mount.
Rock is trying to escape the mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Clooten looking to isolate an arm here. Rock doesn't see it coming and as Clooten extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Clooten!
