Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Artur Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Neto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Neto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Lima is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Neto has escaped the position, nice work there.
Neto tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lima wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Lima just content to control the position.
Lima tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neto is trying to improve his position.
Neto throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Neto is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Neto is trying to get back to half guard.
Lima slows the pace down.
Neto tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lima wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Lima trying to control the action but Neto is working from the bottom.
Neto regains half guard.
Neto misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Neto is trying to stand back up but Lima is controlling him
Lima blocks the strikes from Neto.
Lima content to control rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lima wants to lay and pray for a moment but Neto keeps working.
Neto pushes Lima off looking to stand but Lima dives back in and keeps control.
Neto is trying to control Lima's posture. Lima takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Neto! Lima is rotating here... this could be the end... Neto is out! Lima has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
