The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dan Teague seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The Coward takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The Coward throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Teague sees it coming and avoids it easily.

The Coward is looking to clinch but Teague is avoiding it.

Both fighters circling a little - Teague finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Teague keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Teague dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on The Coward. That did some damage!

The Coward sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! The Coward crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Teague - the referee stops the clock and The Coward gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Teague. The Coward manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Teague bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
The Coward has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Teague.
Teague lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The Coward takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Good leg kick by Teague there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Teague lands with a straight right. The Coward didn't see that one coming.
Teague smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
The Coward rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Teague moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Teague buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Teague bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The Coward takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Teague throws a leg kick which misses The Coward's front leg but catches the back leg as The Coward tries to avoid it.
The Coward takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Teague connects with a nice looking jab.
Teague is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Teague misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Teague lands a nice shot to the body.
Teague goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Teague is looking to slow The Coward down with leg kicks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
