Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Baby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Churko Cridell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baby comes to the cage accompanied by The Bad Touch. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Churko Cridell enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carlos Baby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Churko Cridell! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Joseph Jones and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cridell throws a right and a left that both miss. Cridell swats away the attempt to clinch by Baby. Baby really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Baby shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Baby throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cridell works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Cridell not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Baby wanted to stand there but Cridell had control of the position. Baby has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Baby trying to move into half guard but instead Cridell has managed to sweep! Cridell thows a big elbow that misses. Baby is controlling Cridell's posture. Baby is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cridell trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Cridell avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Cridell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Cridell is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Baby trying to keep a closed guard but Cridell is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Baby controlling the position. Cridell wants to control from the top but Baby keeps moving. Baby has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Cridell is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Baby. Cridell looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Cridell looks gassed! The strikes coming from Cridell are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cridell working away. Cridell throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Baby knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cridell on the ground. Baby is trying to get back to half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Baby fails with the takedown. Baby shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cridell sprawls well. Cridell wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Baby gets slowly back to his feet. Cridell lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Baby at a distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Baby walks into a jab. The fight stays on the outside here - Baby looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Cridell shoots in looking for a takedown. Baby tries to sprawl out of it but Cridell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Baby manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Baby looks for a takedown but Cridell sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Baby. That's going to take a lot out of him. Excellent takedown into side control there by Baby. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Baby working the ground and pound. Baby with the ground and pound but Cridell regains half guard under the barage of strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carlos Baby dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Baby keeps the fight on the outside. Baby throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cridell's waist but Cridell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Baby off to one side. Baby jabbing away but nothing is landing. Baby looks to clinch and Cridell counters with a nice body kick. Cridell defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Baby. Cridell gets in close and instigates a clinch. Baby letting Cridell take a breather here. A head punch on the inside from Baby fails to land. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cridell gets underhooks to prevent Baby's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Baby. That's going to take a lot out of him. Baby wants a takedown.
Cridell lands a shoulder strike. Cridell jumps into guard, dragging Baby to the mat.
Cridell manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Cridell avoids the attempt from Baby to control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cridell looking to ground and pound but Baby is blocking nicely. Baby tries to reverse the position but Cridell maintains control. Cridell has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Baby's face.
Cridell sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Baby wants to control but Cridell is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Baby is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Cridell throwing strikes here but Baby is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Cridell tries to control but Baby wriggling away. Baby is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baby working to try and regain half guard.
Cridell landing shots from mount. Cridell throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Baby because Cridell loaded up on that one. Cridell trying to control but Baby is having none of it. Baby on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Baby tries to get out of the position. Baby is trying desperately to improve position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Baby tries to lock up and control but Cridell gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Cridell lands a heavy elbow. Baby prevents any damage by holding on tight. Baby wants to hold on but Cridell pushes him away. Baby is in all sorts of trouble here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! You get the feeling that Baby really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Baby tries to hold on but Cridell pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Churko Cridell showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Baby looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Cridell is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Baby's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Baby's back! Cridell not allowing Baby to control his hands. I would not like to be Baby right now.
Baby is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Baby really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Cridell's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cridell looking to hold on to the position here but Baby rolls and ends up regaining guard.
Cridell missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Baby working a defensive guard here.
Baby is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Cridell is looking to work some ground and pound but Baby has wrist control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Baby is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Cridell takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Baby closes the distance and clinches up with Cridell, looking for a takedown. Baby pushes Cridell against the cage but Cridell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Cridell misses with an attempted mid kick.
A head kick misses from Cridell. No joy there for Baby, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Baby swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cridell makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Baby scores with a three punch combo!
Carlos Baby is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cridell loads up on a big right hand but Baby slips the punch. Baby misses with a double jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cridell throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Baby was covering up waiting for the punch and Cridell finishes the takedown easily into guard. Baby avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Cridell controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Baby striking from the bottom here. Baby controls Cridell momentarily but Cridell frees himself. Baby pulls Cridell in close to his closed guard and prevents Cridell from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cridell postures up.
Baby wants to stand up but Cridell is controlling him. Cridell with a flurry of punches that miss.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Cridell stuffs the takedown attempt from Baby. Baby gets slowly back to his feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Baby shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Baby was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Baby throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Cridell because Baby loaded up on that one.
And that's the end of the fight! Carlos Baby showed his dominance in that final round. I think Baby has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
