Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Teddy KOs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antonio Silva is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

KOs closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Silva did well to prevent KOs getting side control.
Silva is refusing to be controlled, as KOs sits in half guard.
KOs seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
KOs with the ground and pound but Silva uses the opportunity to regain guard.
KOs trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Silva manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
KOs is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
KOs is really struggling to control Silva but he's trying to hold on to the position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Silva thows a body kick. KOs tries to catch it but that hurt him.
KOs throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
KOs throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing KOs off to one side.
Silva slips a jab and a cross from KOs.
KOs is breathing heavily.
Silva takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Silva sizes up KOs with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Silva drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Silva working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Silva not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
KOs is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Silva wants to control from the top but KOs keeps moving.
Silva slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

KOs tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Silva postures up in KOs's guard and throws a big left but KOs blocks it.
Silva postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

KOs feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
KOs is trying to control Silva's posture but Silva avoids it.

Silva tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Silva has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Silva wants to control but KOs is keeping him busy.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
KOs is trying to improve his position.

KOs is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Silva is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
KOs tries to lock up and control but Silva gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Silva misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

KOs manages to work his way to half guard, despite Silva's best efforts.
KOs is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
KOs holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Antonio Silva has got the better of the ground game so far.
Silva with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
KOs has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Silva is working away from the top position though.

Silva wants to control from the top but KOs keeps moving.
KOs pulls Silva in close to his closed guard and prevents Silva from doing any damage or advancing position.
Silva makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
KOs bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Silva's guard.
KOs throws and elbow that misses. Silva uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in KOs's guard. Nice move by Silva!

Antonio Silva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

KOs stuffs the takedown attempt from Silva. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Teddy KOs is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Silva moves in looking to clinch but KOs pushes him off.
Silva throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Silva is trying to defend against the ground and pound but KOs scores with a couple of nice shots.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

KOs cracks Silva with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Silva wants to control but KOs is having none of it.

KOs has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

KOs wants to stand but Silva is controlling his posture from full guard.
KOs looking to sit in guard and control but Silva gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Silva gets to his feet. KOs looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Silva thows a body kick. KOs tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Silva lands with a slapping head kick.
KOs doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Silva counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Silva breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
No luck for Silva with that takedown attempt.
Silva misses with a double jab.
