Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julio Bradvica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Casso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Casso! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Casso wants to clinch. Bradvica throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Casso is looking to clinch. Bradvica clinches up with Casso and pushes him back against the cage. Casso tries for a takedown. No joy.

Bradvica prevents the takedown attempt.
Julio Bradvica has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Casso. Casso goes for a takedown attempt but Bradvica pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
A combination from Bradvica does no damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bradvica circles away from the clinch attempt and Bradvica decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Casso's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bradvica wants to stand but Casso has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Casso can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bradvica controls the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bradvica accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Casso is looking to stand up but Bradvica isn't so interested in that idea. Bradvica stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Casso swivels though and keeps the full guard. Casso keeping moving, preventing Bradvica from controlling successfully. Casso is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Casso bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bradvica's guard. Casso wants to control from the top but Bradvica keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Casso stopping the sweep attempt from Bradvica. Casso wants to control from the top but Bradvica keeps moving. Casso controls from within his opponent's guard. Bradvica throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Casso throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Bradvica has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Casso off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Bradvica is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Casso looks to clinch and Bradvica counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bradvica. Casso tries to pull guard but Bradvica won't allow it.

Casso shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bradvica's guard. Casso advances position into side control! Casso decides to stand up, so the ref orders Bradvica to his feet. Bradvica is breathing heavily. Bradvica avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradvica has his takedown stuffed so Casso counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Casso slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Casso is chipping away with strikes.
Casso has knee on belly and moves into mount. Casso sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Bradvica counters with a takedown into side control. Bradvica has control of an arm but Casso manages to advance to Bradvica's back! Casso is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Casso is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Bradvica trying to control the position but Casso manages to sink in the hooks. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Casso is persistently looking for the submission but Bradvica is defending it well.

Casso looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Casso wants to get back to his feet but Bradvica is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Casso seems keen to control Bradvica's posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bradvica has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Casso looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Casso escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bradvica gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Casso can't keep his opponent in guard - Bradvica advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Casso manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Casso looking to control.
Casso looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bradvica is one step ahead there. Casso is trying to control the position but Bradvica postures up. Bradvica stays in close to Casso's body and controls the position. Casso controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Despite being in the dominant position, Anthony Casso just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bradvica gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Casso to score an easy takedown into full guard. Bradvica is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Casso seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Casso scores with a decent looking elbow strike. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Anthony Casso will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
