The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augello lands a nice looking body shot.
Reeder looks gassed!
Augello keeps the fight on the outside.
Augello lands a left and a right that send Reeder crashing to the mat, dazed. Augello thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Nik Reeder has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Augello throws a series of punches but Reeder avoids them all with ease.
Augello lands a body shot.
Augello clinches up against the cage.
Augello manages to break the clinch.
Augello works Reeder's body with a nice hook.
Reeder tries to move into range but Augello moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Augello moves into the clinch.
Augello pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Augello misses with a few strikes there.
Augello lands a right hook to the body.
Reeder takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Augello fails with a takedown attempt.
Augello connects with a stiff jab that staggers Reeder - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). James Augello!
