The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sweeney uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before sparing has time to react.

Sweeney lands a left and a right that send sparing crashing to the mat, dazed. Sweeney thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
